Head of Electrical Department (a)

Your Tasks

• Personnel and technical leadership of the electrical department (9 employees including apprentices)
• Accompanying, supporting, and executing electrical projects within the plant
• Coordination of electrical installations at the customer's site for renovation and refurbishment work on 7-Air systems
• Team deployment planning and ensuring smooth operation within the department
• Responsible for electrical material orders
• Consulting function for technical sales
• Development and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of electrical installations
• Support in the training of automation fitter apprentices

What you bring with you

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the electrical industry
• Leadership experience advantageous
• Independent, proactive personality with commitment, flexibility, and reliability
• Good communication skills; cooperative and correct dealings with employees and other departments, team player
• Enjoyment of working with apprentices, opportunity to complete the vocational instructor course
• Willingness to take responsibility and further develop
