What you can expect: Personal leadership responsibility for approximately 50 employees
Planning, organization, and optimization of logistical processes
Personnel management, deployment planning, and further development of employees
Sales of logistics services
Organization of working hours

Fleet management including deployment planning and maintenance
Coordination of truck traffic
Haulage and monitoring of the flow of goods at loading points
Purchasing and controlling logistical services
Ensuring smooth processes regarding quality, deadlines, and procedures
Knowledge in the field of occupational safety
What you bring: Completed studies with a focus on logistics or equivalent qualification
Multiple years of experience in logistics-, transport- or warehousing processes, ideally in the building materials or construction logistics industry
Ideal experience in leadership
Experience in procurement
Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking

Outstanding communication and organizational skills as well as a high sense of responsibility
High flexibility and willingness to deploy
Knowledge in the field of occupational safety
