Tasks

Your tasks will include:

• Responsibility for the digital further development and automation of central company processes
• Analyzing and optimizing existing administrative, financial, and operational workflows
• Identifying manual, repetitive, and paper-based processes and deriving concrete improvements
• Developing and implementing practical automations with modern digital tools
• Connecting various systems, data sources, and workflows to reduce media breaks
• PRACTICAL USE OF KI TOOLS TO SIMPLIFY INTERNAL WORK PROCESSES
• Developing and implementing a pragmatic digitization roadmap together with management
• Prioritizing digitalization, automation, and AI projects based on benefit, effort, and feasibility
• Introducing and further developing modern tools, software solutions, and digital working methods
• Steering external service providers, software vendors, and implementation partners
• Zentral interface between management, departments, IT, and external partners
• Accompanying software introductions, process changes, and rollouts
• Documented new processes as well as training and accompanying internal users
• Collaboration in the further development of our digital working method within the company

Qualification

• Completed commercial education, business studies, computer science or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of experience in digitization, process management, project management, operations, IT near transformation or a comparable role
• Demonstrable experience in implementing concrete digitalization, automation, or software projects
• Good understanding of administrative, financial, and operational processes
• Experience in introducing or further developing company software, ideally ERP, CRM, BI, Microsoft 365 or automation tools
• Interest in AI applications, automation, and modern digital tools with clear practical relevance
• Able to understand requirements from departments and structure them into implementable projects
• Experience in steering external service providers, software vendors, or implementation partners
• Very good communication skills and pleasure in accompanying employees at different levels
• Structured, pragmatic, and independent working style
• Able to set priorities and consistently drive projects forward
• Hands-on mentality and the claim to actively improve processes
