They should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a leader, they will be responsible for managing the development of our Microsoft 365-based applications, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scalability. This includes defining project goals, developing project plans, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and reporting results. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience with version control systems like Git. They should be familiar with Microsoft 365 tools and services, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365. Additionally, they should have knowledge of compliance regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX, and experience in developing software that meets these requirements.
