Leader Debitorenbuchhaltung / Leader Forderungsmanagement (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our client in Munich as "Leader Debitorenbuchhaltung / Leader Forderungsmanagement (m/w/d)".

Tasks

• As Leader Debitorenbuchhaltung / Leader Forderungsmanagement (m/w/d), you will take overall responsibility for the debitorenbuchhaltung and steer the entire process of accounts receivable and debt collection.
• You will lead and develop your team fachlich und organisatorisch and ensure efficient processing of all debit-related business transactions.
• You will monitor open positions, manage incoming payments, and oversee processes for sending reminders and collecting debts, and ensure a structured accounts receivable management.
• You will create regular reports and key figures (e.g. accounts receivable balance, age structure, liquidity effect) and work closely with Accounting, Controlling, and Sales.
• You will optimize debitorenbuchhaltung processes, implement standards and processes, ensure compliance and legal requirements, and support monthly and annual closings.

Qualification

• You hold a commercial education – e.g. industrial clerk (m/w/d), tax consultant (m/w/d), or a completed degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field with
• You have several years of professional experience as (Senior) accountant (m/w/d), debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d), or in a comparable position, preferably with leadership experience.
• You are proficient in common ERP/accounting systems and MS Office programs.
• You possess a well-developed analytical thinking, high numerical affinity, and work structured, responsibly, and independently.
• You have very good German language skills that round out your profile.
