We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as "Controller Leader in Public Service (m/w/d)".

Tasks

• As Controller Leader in Public Service (m/w/d), you will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Controlling team and be responsible for the strategic development of Controlling processes.
• You will steer budget planning, forecasts, and Soll-Ist-Vergleiche and ensure financial transparency across all business areas.
• You analyze economic indicators, derive recommendations, and support management in making strategic decisions.
• You develop informative reports and dashboards, optimize cost structures, and drive the digitalization of Controlling instruments forward.
• You coordinate cross-sectional projects, participate in audits, and ensure efficient cooperation between Controlling, accounting, and management.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in business administration, finance, or accounting or an equivalent qualification, such as Controller (m/w/d) or Accountant (m/w/d).
• You bring several years of professional experience in Controlling, ideally with leadership responsibility.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO), and modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, LucaNet, Jedox).
• You work analytically, result-oriented, and possess a high level of numerical understanding as well as communication skills.
• You have very good German language skills that round out your profile.
