We are looking for you at our location in Berlin as

Cash Management, Liquidity Steering, and Finance (w/m/d)

for a company group with 10 participations or subsidiaries.

The family-owned company is mainly active in the rental and management of real estate, as well as in other industries, and employs approximately 70 employees.

In accordance with your professional experience and knowledge, you can earn up to 96,000 € p.a. (80k + 20%) here.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

Aufgaben

Voilà, that's what your new job looks like!

• You will take over the overall financial responsibility for some of the connected companies and be the first point of contact for all financial matters and payment flows within the company group.
• You will plan and steer liquidity and manage the financial resources of the connected companies and monitor the bank accounts.
• The large payment streams of the company group are in your reliable hands.
• You are the competent preparer and negotiator with banks when it comes to financing (two coordination meetings per year).
• You will largely prepare the monthly and annual statements, which are prepared by an external accountant. You will also work hands-on in ongoing financial accounting.
• You will monitor income.
• In addition, you will lead and develop a team of eight employees.
• Finally, you will be both the competent point of contact and sparring partner for the management as well as some of the managing directors of the connected companies.
• Your development perspective: As the company continues to develop, you will grow into further tasks over time. After successful integration, there is a prospectively taking over management positions at subsidiaries or object societies.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as Treasurer.
• If possible, you have already gained experience in the real estate industry.
• You bring a good understanding of accounting, also based on practical experiences in connection with statement preparation and ongoing financial accounting.
• You have at least a basic understanding of contract law or have ideal practical experience.
• Juristical understanding and knowledge of real estate law would be the icing on the cake!
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German.
