In the space of Esslingen, you have in 2026 the chance to start a new career as

Leiter Finanzen & Controlling (w/m/d) with SAP knowledge

at a successful, established real estate developer and manager with over 100 employees.

After successful integration, you will have a home office share of two days per week.

Depending on your skills and experience, you can earn up to €120,000 p.a. (including variable part).

The full-time position that offers flexible working hours and further education opportunities is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, who would like to employ you for many years.

Aufgaben

This is what your new job looks like!

• You will largely participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements based on your previous experience in accounting for a real estate company.
• In Finance, you will be a valuable support to your colleagues, hands-on supporting them in ongoing financial accounting for several real estate companies. The same applies to the topic of investment accounting.
• You will lead six employees in a professional and disciplinary manner and develop them further.
• You will take care of cash forecasting and liquidity planning (weekly).
• You will be an important sparring partner for planning future investments.
• You will be a competent point of contact for all topics related to accounting.
• You, along with your colleagues, will create both medium- and long-term plans as well as actual vs. planned comparisons.
• You will be the precursor and successor in connection with shareholder resolutions.
• You will bring your experience into the ongoing improvement of processes in Finance & Controlling and project work (e.g., SAP migration).
• In all questions related to Finance & Controlling, you will be a competent point of contact for the management as well as external partners (e.g., WP/StB).

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have good humor and enjoy nice colleagues and teamwork (6 employees in Finance & Controlling).
• You have at least four years of professional experience in a comparable position, including leadership, as well as at least four years in the real estate industry.
• You ideally have already created monthly and annual statements independently. Alternatively, you have contributed to this process up until now.
• You bring good user knowledge of SAP with you.
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German.
• We would rather dispense with further personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What is important initially is that you enjoy nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who likes to develop professionally.
