Your exciting tasks:
- As a Farm Leader, you will lead the agricultural business independently in coordination with the management. This includes the operational leadership of the employees assigned to you.
- You are responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow in daily operations and thus leading the farm to a successful business result.
- In addition, you are the trusted contact person for our customers and cultivate your customer relationships with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Through your convincing approach, you win new customers for our company and build on our market position.
- As Farm Leader, you will also support your team in daily tasks, such as selling our extensive product range and receiving and dispatching goods.
