The team leader will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of construction projects, as well as the development and implementation of new construction methods and technologies. The team leader will also be responsible for the management of the team and the coordination with other departments. The ideal candidate should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, and a strong understanding of construction methods and technologies. The candidate should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a team and to lead a team.
