As Head of Project Management (m/w/d), you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing project management strategies and processes; • Leading and motivating a team of project managers; • Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; • Identifying and mitigating risks; • Analyzing and reporting on project performance. Requirements: • University degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry; • Proven track record of successfully leading projects; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office and other common software tools.
