Our client is a mid-sized company with its headquarters in
Berlin-Mitte. For this client, we are looking for a UX Designer (m/w/d). The company is extremely established on the German market and counts over 20 years of company history among the leading players in its segment.

The client is seeking a candidate with a clear focus on UX. Ideally, you should already have some experience in the web environment. You must be able to develop UX concepts independently. This also includes leading workshops with the client.

Aufgaben

• Konzeption and design of complex web pages and digital applications in the culture and education sector – from the initial idea to a detailed specification
• Planning and moderation of workshops for requirements analysis, goal definition, and strategic orientation of digital product developmentEntwicklung of sustainable UX strategies with a focus on usability, accessibility, SEO, and mobile use – with measurable improvement of user guidance and information architecture
• Konzeption of user-centered information architectures, user flows, and interactive prototypes for validating concepts in early project phasesÜbersetzung of technical requirements into clear, intuitive interface solutions
• Tight collaboration with project management, UI design, and development to ensure consistent user experience across all project phases
• Presentation and argumentative representation of concepts to stakeholders
• Design of modern, consistent user interfaces using current design systems and prototyping methods
