For Klima SA, a company of Hälg Group, we are looking for in Villars-Ste-Croix Technical/r Project Leader TGA (Heating, Ventilation, Climate) Your task Lead and coordinate the project team to ensure successful project implementation. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project execution. Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture) or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience as a project manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of building technology and facility management principles. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
