In your role, you will build a new department for planning engineers in the field of power and heat networks and lead it professionally and organizationally. You will actively work on planning and implementing network projects, develop your team further, and establish efficient structures and processes. Furthermore, you will take over the management of projects in all performance phases, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure that technical, temporal, and economic goals are achieved.

Tasks

• You will build a new department for planning engineers in the field of power and heat networks and take over its professional and organizational leadership.
• You will actively work on planning, project development, and implementation of network projects.
• In addition, you will develop your team further, establish efficient working processes, and promote structured cooperation.
• You will manage and monitor projects in all performance phases according to HOAI, keeping an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality.
• You will coordinate with internal and external partners - such as customers, authorities, and service providers - to ensure a smooth project workflow.
• You will also represent your department externally and take over special tasks to continuously optimize and develop the area.

Qualification

• A completed degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or comparable.
• Multiple years of experience in planning and implementing network projects, preferably with leadership experience.
• Initial experience in project management and the application of methods for process optimization.
• A secure handling of MS-Office and SAP.
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking.
• A developed communication and leadership competence as well as assertiveness.
• A driver's license of class B.
