We are looking for a Leading Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for Ritter von Kempski Private Hotels & Resorts with a solid hotel background, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ambition to shape something lasting. You are not only responsible for marketing our two hotels in Stolberg/Harz – the Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch and the Hotel & Spa Suiten FreiWerk – but you are part of building a high-quality, international service product in the interplay of Hospitality and Health.

• with the „Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch“ the 1st sustainable wellness hotel with a balanced CO2 balance in Germany – since 2009

Aufgaben

• Responsibility – You lead the strategic planning & implementation and create marketing plans.
• Pioneer – Your creative freedom combined with our entrepreneurial support promises room for maneuver.
• Pilot – You are responsible for all structures and projects in the field of marketing.
• Become known – Increase of recognition, nationally and internationally.
• Represent it – Market placement and communication.
• Develop it – You monitor market trends, analyze target groups, and develop the brand continuously further.
• Mentoring for and to the best – Leadership, coordination, and continuous training and development of the team.

Qualifikation

• Several years of professional experience – in a comparable position. Hotel experience is a prerequisite.
• Structured – You develop and work on projects systematically and completely.
• Creativity & Innovation – You think outside the box and have sparking ideas.
• Pulse generator – New campaigns, projects & deadlines ignite your enthusiasm.
• Communication talent – You strengthen the exchange with customers, business partners, and guests.
• Proactive action – You are a master of planning ahead and taking goal-oriented action.
• Networker – Cooperation with regional partners, agencies, and tourist actors is not difficult for you.
