Senior Automotive Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) Vehicle Glass

Your tasks:

• As an automotive mechatronics technician / automotive mechanic (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.

• You will take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" (m/f/d) and will be responsible for technical and professional topics on-site, ensuring compliance with all Carglass® standards, and implementing the daily operational plan.

• You will advise and support our customers with appropriate service orientation from order acceptance to vehicle handover.

• The creation of invoices, the management of customer funds, and the dispatch and creation of incoming orders are your responsibility.

• You will be responsible for carrying out quality assurance measures, the proper handling of inventory, and ensuring audit-relevant standards and corrective actions.

This describes you:

• You have completed a vocational training in a trade and ideally have several years of professional experience? You have experience as an automotive master technician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive mechanic (m/f/d), or bodywork technician (m/f/d)? • You are willing to undergo the proficiency test or are already an Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d).

• Starting salary with automotive vocational training of at least EUR 3,200 gross for full-time employment (39 hours per week) – part-time is also possible
