Tasks- Independent leadership, further development, and support of the assigned team of several employees
- Technical and organizational leadership of the team members
- Coordination and planning of personnel resources within the team
- Responsibility for leading building technology projects from the concept phase to successful completion
- Development of project concepts, evaluation of technical feasibility, and implementation of innovative solutions
- Customer consulting regarding the economic efficiency of properties over their entire life cycle
- Close cooperation with other departments for interdisciplinary project work
- Support in participating in project competitions and in acquiring new orders
Profile- Completed higher education as an HVAC engineer FH or HF technician with a specialization in ventilation technology
- Several years of professional experience (at least five years) in planning and implementing complex technical projects
- Strong social skills, professional demeanor, and pronounced customer orientation
- Demonstrable experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams and in managing employees
- Enthusiasm for challenging tasks and the development of innovative solutions
- Responsible, structured, and goal-oriented way of working with a holistic approach
- Profound knowledge of MS Office and CAD programs such as Revit
- Independent, reliable, and committed personality with a precise and solution-oriented approach to work
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
