Tasks

  • Planning of mechanical engineering KG 410, KG 420, KG 430, KG 470 according to DIN 276 in the performance phases LP2 to LP7 according to HOAI
  • Calculation of heating and cooling loads, dimensioning of channels and pipes, and calculation of pressure loss in channels and pipes
  • Revit 3D planning of HLS performance systems
  • Determination and verification of realization costs for projects
  • Participation in the preparation of tender documents
  • Presentation of planning results within the team and at external meetings, as well as presentation of planning services in presentations and explanatory reports
  • Preliminary preparation of LP6 LV performance schedules with ORCA software
  • Direct consultation with clients and customers, as well as cooperation with architectural offices and building owners
  • Taking over the technical coordination of the planning works with members of the planning team
  • Mentoring and professional leadership for younger engineers

Qualification

  • Dipl. Ing. / Meister / Techniker / Bachelor or Master in the field of building technology or supply engineering
  • Several years of work experience in a planning office
  • Good knowledge of German standards and multidisciplinary planning
  • Experience with Revit, Simaris, Caneco, MagiCAD, and ORCA
  • Demonstrable project success in the field of building technology regarding cost and time reliability
  • The ability to take on a high level of responsibility
  • Experience in dealing with demanding clients
  • Excellent communication skills in German, good English skills are an advantage
