Lead Analyst (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Lead-Analytiker for requirements analysis and concept to support the further development and redesign of a comprehensive IT procedure in the medical field.

Description

• Analysis of business processes with regard to their technical implementation in IT
• Creation of User Stories based on workshop results and User Story Maps
• Mentoring of story contents to the implementation team, as well as clarification of acceptance criteria questions
• Leadership of Product-Owner-relevant rituals within the agile process according to Scrum
• Alignment with stakeholders and conducting stakeholder management
• Taking decisions on User Stories after the Sprint Review
• Conducting Backlog and Release Management in close alignment with the product line
• Escalation of impediments regarding project scope and features in a timely manner
• Avoidance of feature creep to ensure stability of scope
• Total responsibility for the quality of deliverable artifacts, considering barrier-free (BITV) and IT security
• Alignment with project leadership and creation of project reporting
• Representation of project interests and development of a clear vision of the end product
• Responsibility for maximizing the value of the product and results of the development team
• Clearing requirements of stakeholders, considering the simplest possible solution
• Responsibility for managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog
• Tight cooperation with the specialist team, technical development team, and Scrum Master

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Lead-Analytiker Anforderungsanalyse / Konzept in projects with a volume of over 1 million euros

Additonal Information

The employment will take place with an allocation to remote work and on-site assignments in the service zone
