For our modern, private dermatological practice in Kassel, we are looking for a leading MFA (m/w/d), who actively steers the practice routine, ensures standards, and works operationally alongside.

Aufgaben

🔹 Leadership & Organization

- Professional leadership of MFAs in the practice routine (disciplinary leadership and focus on structure & processes)
- Ensuring efficient, clearly defined processes
- Coordination of daily routines and prioritization in the team
- Induction and guidance of new employees

🔹 Operational Work
- Reception assistance and support during dermatological & aesthetic treatments
- Independent performance of medical tasks (e.g. blood draws, wound care, suture removal)
- Assistance in outpatient procedures

🔹 Practice Management & Quality

- Ensuring a smooth patient flow
- Support at the reception desk as needed (scheduling management, communication)
- Co-shaping and optimizing practice processes

Qualification

✔ Completed training as Medical Assistant (MFA)

✔ Several years of professional experience – ideally with first responsibility in the team

✔ Developed organizational skills

✔ Clear, calm communication and assertiveness in everyday life

✔ Interest in dermatology, aesthetics, and modern technologies

✔ Independent, structured work style

✔ Secure handling of MS 365
