Lead Physician Gynecology 60 - 100%

Your main responsibilities will include the leadership and organization of gynecology and obstetrics at one of SRO AG's locations. The independent care and treatment of female patients in your practice is an important part of your role. You will also be operationally active and actively contribute to the service operations at the Langenthal site. Furthermore, you will participate in the further development of the women's clinic.

You possess the specialist title in Gynecology and Obstetrics and have already gained leadership experience as a Lead Physician or Senior Physician. You meet the admission criteria for a professional practice permit, as well as the OKP (Swiss Health Insurance) criteria for independent billing, and hold a certificate of proficiency in ultrasound for gynecology and obstetrics from SGUM (or an equivalent recognized certificate). You have profound knowledge in the entire field of gynecology; a subspecialty title in operative gynecology is an advantage. The willingness to take responsibility, resilience, enjoyment of independent work, and teamwork skills are other important prerequisites.

A responsible management position with the opportunity to contribute your experience and ideas to the further development of the women's clinic and to lead a gynecological practice at one of our locations. You will receive a comprehensive, responsible range of tasks in a dedicated and collegial environment, as well as interdisciplinary cooperation in an innovative, modern, and successful primary care hospital. Attractive working conditions and contemporary employment terms. The Oberaargau region offers a high recreational value, with a wide range of school options and good accessibility to all urban centers in German-speaking Switzerland.
