Leisure Sales Manager

Job Description Join our team as Leisure Sales Manager at Susurros del Corazon in Punta de Mita Mexico, reporting to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing. The Leisure Sales Manager (On Property) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, consortia, and individual leisure clients. This role focuses on maximizing the resort’s revenue and occupancy by implementing strategic sales initiatives targeted at the luxury leisure segment, which includes high-end hotels, resorts, and cruise lines. The successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective strategies to increase bookings and drive revenue. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners in the leisure travel industry. • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through targeted sales initiatives. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including hotel operations, marketing, and revenue management teams, to ensure alignment and maximize revenue potential. • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales decisions. • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market intelligence.
