We are seeking a driven leader to manage the team at our modern warehouse in Willebroek. You will be part of an organization that is rapidly growing and where collaboration, quality, and efficiency are central.
From Willebroek, you will help build a performing Belgian operation, supported by a broader group of logistics and service-oriented entities that together ensure reliability, continuity, and a high service level.
Your responsibilities
In the role of Leidinggevende Warehouse, you are the one who brings the team together and ensures the daily operation runs smoothly. You are both a coach and planner, ensuring that processes run efficiently, safely, and structured. With your leadership, employees feel supported and motivated, and they work with pleasure.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure good staffing levels and efficient work planning
- Counsel, guide, and motivate the warehouse team
- Organize and optimize incoming, outgoing, and return flows
- Maintain productivity, quality, and progress of the work activities
- Signal bottlenecks and actively contribute to improvements
- Ensure a safe, tidy, and organized working environment
- Serve as a connection between the shop floor and management
- Follow up on absenteeism and maintain contact with external partners

- Plan and register employees in the system
- Daily guidance and coaching on the shop floor
- Organize and lead team meetings
- Conduct growth conversations and stimulate personal development
- Streamline logistics processes and implement improvement ideas
- Detect safety risks and coordinate actions
- Manage materials, tools, and consumables
Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent practical experience in logistics or operations
- Experienced leader with proven results in a warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and optimizing them
- Handy with digital tools and administrative systems
- Organizational strength, planning-oriented, and solution-focused
- Calm under pressure and able to quickly resolve bottlenecks
- Communicative skills, social, and able to motivate a team
- Leadership style that stimulates collaboration and allows talents to grow
