Lead Installation Technician Residential Renovation

As a lead technician, you are the point of contact on the construction site, not only for your fellow technicians but also for the site manager, residents, and your project leader. Together with housing corporations and contractors, you realize sustainable residential renovations that residents can enjoy for years to come. Your tasks:

• Leading a team of fellow technicians;
• Independently carrying out installations within your field (E and/or W);
• You monitor the progress and quality of the work;
• You coordinate work with your team, project leader, and client;
• You motivate and inspire the team and involve them in the process.

For this role, we are primarily looking for a practical leader: someone who organizes the work, motivates the team, and ensures that everything runs smoothly on the construction site. Technical knowledge of E and/or W installations is a plus, but we consider it more important that you can direct, communicate, and maintain an overview. And don't worry; what you don't know yet, we will teach you. What you primarily need to have? Enthusiasm to start with us.

• Experience with leading or directing a team;
• Preferably knowledge of E and/or W installations (if you don't have that completely yet, we'll be happy to help you);
• In possession of a B driver's license;
• You maintain an overview, are strong in communication, and a team player.
