Responsibilities

Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure professional and friendly communication by phone

• You advise and support our customers with questions about products and services

• You work closely with our team to find solutions for our customers together

Your profile

• You are very communicative, open-minded, and enjoy dealing with people

• You are motivated to learn new things and develop yourself personally

• You are reliable, dedicated, and have a positive attitude

Prerequisites

• Completed primary and lower secondary schooling

Vocational School

• KV Business School Winterthur (1-2 days per week)

• Inter-company courses on various topics

Subjects

• Designing work organization and collaboration

• Acquiring customers

• Retaining customers

• Winning back customers

• Using communication systems and support tools

• Adhering to regulations and guidelines

Qualification

• Completed primary and lower secondary schooling
