What you will learn with us

• Care, support, and accompaniment of guests in everyday and challenging situations
• Assistance with personal hygiene, getting up, dressing and undressing, eating and drinking
• Medical-technical procedures such as measuring blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, blood withdrawal, wound dressing changes, and much more
• Daily companionship of guests with games, crafts, singing, etc.
• Housekeeping, administrative, and logistical tasks
• Adherence to and implementation of hygiene and safety regulations
• Electronic care documentation

What you bring with you

• Completed school education (Sekundarschule A or B) with good academic performance
• Great willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility
• Empathy and patience, as well as an interest in interacting with our guests
• Helpful, sociable, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of care and conscientiousness
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges and practical work
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
