WHAT YOU'LL DO

In your apprenticeship, you'll be part of our team from day one. Whether on the sales floor, at customer service or at the cash register – you'll be right in the middle of things and actively shaping the success of our stores with us. You'll help us to daily inspire our customers for H&M. At H&M, you'll learn everything you need for a successful career: exciting insights into how retail works in practice and a solid theoretical education at vocational school.

You:

• will get to know the different areas of our stores during your apprenticeship. You'll learn how we tick at H&M, what makes us special - regardless of whether it's on the sales floor, in the fitting room or at the cash register – our customers are always at the center.
• will learn how campaigns and sales promotions are successfully implemented, because only together do we achieve our revenue targets.
• will learn to present our unique looks and departments creatively and inspiringly. You'll understand how important it is to keep an eye on inventory levels and bring the goods to the sales floor in a timely manner – that's the key to success.
• will get exciting insights into administrative tasks and will learn everything about what goes on behind the scenes of a successful store.

You'll work closely with your team and help our customers feel confident in expressing their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles.
