• Getting to know all departments – from the kitchen to housekeeping
• Supporting the reception team with guest check-in and check-out
• Accepting and processing reservations and cancellations
• Making phone calls, writing emails, and issuing invoices
• Working in the wellness area, for example, at the thermal spa cash desk
• Creating evaluations and statistics in our accounting department or cost accounting department
• Gaining initial knowledge in beverage studies and working at the bar
• Supporting the restaurant team by learning and applying service procedures
• Assisting with simple kitchen tasks and adhering to applicable hygiene regulations
