What are your areas of responsibility?

You ensure high-quality training and competently impart training content in theoretical and practical instruction, whether in person or online.

You are jointly responsible for conducting performance reviews and examinations and realize diverse designs of teaching and learning situations in theoretical and practical training. You take on the role of course leader and work on the further development of our training concept and our quality management system. Co-design of advanced training and further education offers, data maintenance in our IT system easySoft, participation in team meetings and project work, co-design and further development of your own area of responsibility, and interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues and practical instructors.

Please bring with you

• a nursing qualification and a vocational education and training qualification or are close to obtaining one

e.g., Diploma in Medical Education, Diploma in Nursing Education, or Master of Education

AGP is more than our modern school, it is the training and further education center for health professions in Havelland. Our training center has been a member of BLGS, the Federal Association of Health and Social Care Educators, since 2020. A training focus is on generalist nursing education, and as of March 2026, a school for emergency paramedics will also be included. Due to high demand, a second expansion phase for the nursing school, and thus a doubling of spatial capacity, is starting in a few months.
