Course Coordinator AI Manager (IHK) (m/f/d) on a Mini-Job Basis

Under a sub-brand of MATCHPLAN Connect GmbH, we operate as an AI education provider for medium-sized businesses in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. With our IHK-certified course AI Manager (IHK), we accompany executives, entrepreneurs, and specialists on their journey into the AI-powered world of work.

We are a small, agile team – hybrid between humans and AI – and are looking for a dedicated personality who will coordinate our course with passion and organizational talent and make it a real experience for our participants.

Responsibilities

These are your responsibilities

As a Course Coordinator AI Manager (IHK) (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for our IHK-certified course – from planning to completion.

This includes the following tasks:

• You plan and coordinate appointments, training units, and on-site events at our training locations in the Palatinate region.
• You are the first point of contact for interested parties – you answer inquiries, provide advice, and generate enthusiasm.
• You coordinate the quotation and invoicing process: from inquiry to invoice.
• You are a reliable contact person for participants, the IHK Pfalz, and our lecturers.
• You maintain and develop our digital learning area.
• You organize the feedback process and actively manage reviews and quality assurance.

Qualifications

This is what you should bring:

• You have a commercial apprenticeship or experience in administration – or you convince us with your practical experience.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in education, seminar, or event management.
• You enjoy organizing, thinking ahead, and can keep an overview even when juggling multiple tasks.
• You communicate clearly, friendly, and service-oriented – whether by email, phone, or in person.
• You are open to digital tools and have an interest in AI – you don't have to be an expert, but you should be curious.
• You work independently, reliably, and bring initiative.
• You live in the Palatinate region / Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region and can be on-site at our training locations (Ludwigshafen, Landau, Pirmasens, and Kaiserslautern) if needed.
