• Caring for and serving our guests from aperitifs to snacks
• Taking on leadership responsibility and acting as a host and team player
• Carrying out administrative tasks from marketing and controlling to billing
• Planning and organizing various processes and activities
• Focusing on food, including preparing and presenting our specialties yourself

Your place of work

Together with 9 employees, you will surprise up to 220 guests daily in our client's SV Restaurant in Schaffhausen and in the Merishausen Manufaktur with a diverse offering: creative, seasonal dishes, freshly and variedly prepared. You will work from Monday to Saturday, between 06:00 and 18:00, depending on the shift schedule. Aperitif shifts may be possible from 16:00 to 20:00. The establishment is closed on public holidays and weekends.

Financial: 1st year of apprenticeship CHF 1'020, 2nd year of apprenticeship: CHF 1'300, 3rd year of apprenticeship: CHF 1'550, 13th month's salary, financial contribution to school material costs
Working days: 42-hour week (mostly Mon - Fri in an SV staff restaurant)
Holidays: 6 weeks
