• How does marketing work at METRO and how do we promote products? Through social media, actions, or events. Goal: Grab attention and excite customers – of course, targeted to the right audience.
• How do you negotiate with suppliers correctly? You need clear information, good preparation, and fair communication. This way, strong partnerships are built.
• What does the HR team actually do? HR takes care of everything around the team: recruitment, onboarding, further development, and a good atmosphere at work.
• How does good customer management work - from contact to delivery? Customers are well advised, receive suitable offers, and have a smooth delivery – for a strong relationship.
