About the legal firm

The Notary Giuseppe Giordano Firm located in Milan, via Alessandro Manzoni 30, founded in 1986, is a boutique firm specializing in complex corporate and real estate law operations. With the aim of strengthening its team, the Firm has undertaken a search for a legal specialist to establish a stable and ongoing professional collaboration.

About the Role

The areas that will be addressed by the activity are mainly extraordinary corporate operations, M&A, Venture capital, project finance, renewable energy, Benefit Corporation and ESG, investment funds, SGR (Asset Management Companies), Family offices, Trusts and foundations, family and succession law. The journals that enrich the Firm's library will allow continuous updating in sectors of specific interest; the professional will be responsible for publishing breaking news and thematic insights on the Firm's website, as well as press reviews and internal circulars, in addition to work materials for the monthly seminar.

Responsibilities

• Management of corporate and/or real estate operations.
• Publication of breaking news and thematic insights on the firm's website.
• Preparation of press reviews and internal circulars.
• Creation of work materials for the monthly seminar.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law;
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office365 package;

Required Skills

• At least two years of experience in managing corporate and/or real estate operations, gained in law firms and/or notary offices;
• Strong qualities of precision, seriousness, and reliability;
• Attitude for teamwork;
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage unforeseen events;
• Ability to manage client relations;
• Good general culture;
• Attention to professional development;
• Professional outfit.

Preferred Skills

• Enrollment in the Bar Association;
• Master's degree in corporate law, structured operations, etc.;
• Professional knowledge of English and/or French and/or German and/or Spanish;
• At least three years of experience gained in notary or law firms specializing in the areas falling within the competencies illustrated above;
• Skills in research activities and the use of legal databases;
• Familiarity with professional relationships with international clients.

Pay range and compensation package

Fees and bonuses will be agreed upon with the selected person based on their knowledge, experience, and skills.
