LEGAL SPECIALIST - PUBLIC PROCUREMENT & COMMERCIAL



The selected candidate will be responsible for:


  • Legal analysis of tender notices, regulations, specifications, contract drafts, and other tender documents, identifying constraints and key risk profiles;
  • Support to the tender office in participating in awarding procedures, particularly in preparing and verifying declarations and administrative documentation necessary for participation in procedures, in preparing clarifications, responses to requests for information, access to documents, checks of requirements, and post-award fulfilments, including managing external consultants for the promotion of any administrative appeals;
  • Collection and verification of documentation and declarations relating to relevant parties, monitoring their deadlines and validity, including anti-mafia documentation, criminal record certificates, court certificates, and white list registrations;
  • Legal assistance to functions involved in the execution phase of public contracts and concessions, including examining and preparing communications, disputes, and managing interactions with authorities;
  • Monitoring of legislation and case law and the orientations of competent authorities in public contracts matters, providing interpretive support to company functions;
  • Preparation, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements related to Public Procurement, as well as legal support for related operations;
  • Collaboration with Tender, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and other involved functions, ensuring documentary consistency.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Legal Sciences and/or Law;
  • Knowledge of administrative law and public procurement regulations;
  • Preferably at least 2-3 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, gained in the field of public tenders and concessions;
  • Knowledge of the main institutes of civil and commercial law and ability to draft and review contracts;
  • Analytical skills, regulatory interpretation;
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
  • Precision, reliability, and confidentiality in managing sensitive information and documentation;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including in dealings with external consultants and professionals;
  • Operational autonomy, proactivity, and a problem-solving orientation;
  • Ability to work in a team and effectively interface with stakeholders from different company functions;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Gross Annual Salary: € 35,000.00 - € 45,000.00
