Legal Specialist

We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team and provide key legal support across corporate and business operations. Position Objective Review, prepare, and manage legal documentation, ensuring proper compliance with applicable regulations. This role will also coordinate with external law firms and notaries to ensure timely and accurate execution of documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Review, prepare, and manage legal documentation, ensuring proper compliance with applicable regulations. Ensure legal compliance while supporting different areas of the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
