CISALFA SPORT Cisalfa Group, present in Italy and Germany with 7 companies and brands Cisalfa Sport, INTERSPORT Voswinkel and SportScheck, with over 240 stores and 5,500 employees, is looking for a resource to be inserted as Legal Specialist within the Legal Department. Your activities: - The resource will support the Legal team in performing the following activities; - Active and passive contractual law, with particular focus on real estate law; - Intellectual property (trademarks, domain names, etc.); - Compliance (privacy and other retail sector regulations); - Dispute resolution (pre-dispute and support for external lawyers for dispute resolution); - Support and consulting to various company functions. Profile - Master's degree in Law - Professional qualification - Previous experience in the Retail sector is considered a plus - Good knowledge of English language - Knowledge of Office package
