Legal Operation Analyst German Speaker (Hybrid in Lisbon)

Your Responsibilities:
- Review legal requests linked to fraud, copyright, privacy, and defamation.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws.
- Maintain documentation and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay updated on policy changes.
- Work Monday-Friday, 9:0018:00.
What You Need:
- German (C1+) and English (C1)
- Basic knowledge of metrics (FCR, SLA, CSAT)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is a plus
- EU passport or Portuguese residence permit
