Legal Manager

The Manager – Legal will be responsible for managing end-to-end legal operations for HubbleHox Technologies Pvt. Ltd., covering commercial contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal matters. The role requires close collaboration with business, finance, product, and leadership teams to enable growth while managing legal risk. Key Responsibilities 1. Contracting & Commercial Legal Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts including: Customized agreements for clients; Master service agreements; Non-disclosure agreements; Data processing agreements; Software licensing agreements; and other commercial contracts. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide legal guidance and support to the business teams to enable informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes that align with company goals and objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and business operations to provide effective legal support. Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
