Legal & Investment Manager

AX Partners, a specialized real estate investment manager in Spain, is seeking to hire a Lawyer to join its Investment Team . The selected candidate will play a key role in the legal structuring, execution, and active management of the firm’s investments, working across legal, operational, and strategic dimensions. AX Partners is a real estate investment firm focused on Core Plus and Value Add strategies within the mid-market hotel segment in prime locations across Spain. The firm combines financial expertise with local market knowledge to deliver high-quality returns for its investors. As part of our Investment Team, you will be responsible for: • Conducting legal due diligence on potential investments; • Structuring and negotiating investment agreements; • Managing and monitoring portfolio performance; • Collaborating with the operational team to ensure effective asset management; • Providing strategic advice to the firm’s investment committee. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate law, experience in investment management, and excellent communication skills.
