Key Responsibilities

Manage client files, corporate records, and trust documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Support operational workflows, reporting, and project planning
Maintain professional client communications and provide advisory input on corporate governance matters
Monitor client communications, escalate urgent issues, and uphold confidentiality

Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years' experience as a legal executive in professional services
Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage multiple projects independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM or accounting practice management software
Bachelor's degree required; experience in corporate compliance, trusts, and governance is highly regarded
