- Manage client files, corporate records, and trust documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Support operational workflows, reporting, and project planning
- Maintain professional client communications and provide advisory input on corporate governance matters
- Monitor client communications, escalate urgent issues, and uphold confidentiality
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a legal executive in professional services
- Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM or accounting practice management software
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in corporate compliance, trusts, and governance is highly regarded
