- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing and commercial property transactions
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as wills, leases, enduring powers of attorney, and trust deeds
- Coordinate settlements, prepare statements, and complete e-dealings
- Liaise confidently with clients, banks, and external professionals
- Manage billing and maintain accurate file records
- Support the team with general administration and compliance tasks
