Job description
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Developer-side or Revenue Department exposure)
Key Responsibilities:

Handle legal matters related to real estate, land, and revenue
-
Draft legal documents, agreements, and appeals (SSRD, RTS, etc.)

Conduct title due diligence and property verification
-
Support in RERA filings and compliance
-
Coordinate with government departments for registrations and legal proceedings
Requirements:
-
Experience in revenue or land-related law (preferably in developer companies or revenue department)

Strong drafting and legal research skills
-
Knowledge of RERA, redevelopment, and civil procedures
-
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
