We are working exclusively on a confidential opportunity for an experienced Property Legal Executive to join a well-established, reputable law firm on Auckland’s North Shore. The firm is known for its supportive team culture, loyal client base, and commitment to work-life balance.
About the Role
You’ll handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, working alongside another Legal Executive and collaborating closely with the property team. The role offers autonomy, client contact, and the chance to manage your own files in a friendly, well-organised practice.

About the Role
You’ll handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, working alongside another Legal Executive and collaborating closely with the property team. The role offers autonomy, client contact, and the chance to manage your own files in a friendly, well-organised practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing files end-to-end, including sales, purchases, and refinances
- Work directly with “mum and dad” clients, providing clear and personable service
- Liaise with clients, agents, and banks to ensure smooth settlements
- Prepare documentation, complete title searches, and manage Landonline processes
- Work collaboratively with another Legal Executive and Property Lawyers
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Legal Executive handling conveyancing matters
- Confident managing your own files independently
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Familiar with Landonline and property documentation
- Supportive, close-knit team with genuine work-life balance
- Stable, long-term firm with modern systems and loyal clients
- Convenient North Shore location with parking available
