Job description
A well regarded Commercial Property team is looking to bring in a capable Legal Executive who is ready for a lift in pace and responsibility. This suits someone who enjoys being at the centre of property transactions and wants to work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a steady flow of quality work. The team handles a mix of developments, financing and broad property matters for high value clients, financial institutions, developers and established businesses.
The role offers good variety. You will be supporting a cohesive group that moves quickly and values clear communication. You will be involved in residential and commercial transactions, subdivisions, leasing work and ongoing project support. You will be encouraged to step up, contribute and grow your capability as part of a larger national practice.
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Between two and six years experience as a Legal Executive
Solid grounding in residential and commercial property matters, including developments and subdivisions
A confident, adaptable approach and the ability to keep pace with a busy workflow
Strong organisational ability and sound judgement, with a focus on delivering excellent client service
Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
