Legal Director

We're partnering with a regional data centre owner and operator to appoint a Legal Director based in Singapore.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the forefront of Asia's digital infrastructure growth. Reporting directly to senior management, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial transactions, project development and regional expansion, while helping shape the legal function as the business continues to scale.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading commercial partnership and strategic transaction negotiations
• Supporting land acquisition and data centre development projects
• Drafting and negotiating customer and commercial agreements
• Advising on cross-border legal, regulatory and risk matters
• Partnering with business, finance and project teams to drive execution
• Managing external counsel and strengthening legal governance and compliance

We're looking to speak with lawyers who bring:

• Prior legal experience within the IDC / Data Centre industry
• A strong track record in commercial negotiations, land acquisitions and customer contracts
• Experience supporting cross-border transactions and international business operations
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Overseas education and/or international working experience
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
