Our KI Associate accompanies lawyers and law students in research, legal evaluation, and drafting – competently, proactively, and individually. To make that work, it takes more than just a good language model: What's crucial are high-quality legal data, intelligent data pipelines, and knowledge structures that reliably depict legal relationships.

You're starting here: You support us in uncovering, preparing, and structuring legal information from various sources. From unstructured documents, websites, and PDFs, reliable data foundations emerge for search, RAG systems, and complex legal knowledge graphs.

While others just build wrappers around existing LLMs, we invest deeply in our own preprocessing, legal knowledge models, and a highly specialized agent ecosystem. You'll be working on one of the most important foundations of our product: the data structures that make our KI Associate precise, context-sensitive, and really useful.

We're growing very quickly and are looking for people who want to take responsibility, get involved in new technical and professional topics, and help us redefine the legal market with us. Aufgaben

• You develop web scraping pipelines with Python, which reliably extract legal content from HTML, PDFs, and other source formats.
• You prepare unstructured data so that it becomes usable legal datasets – including cleaning, normalizing, structuring, and modeling the data.
• You design data models for legal content with, for example, for documents, norms, decisions, references, metadata, and relationships between entities.
• You support in ingestion into search and retrieval systems, so that legal information can be quickly, precisely, and scalable found.
• You work on building a GraphRAG structure with, where legal documents, concepts, and references are modeled as knowledge graphs.
• You bring your ideas actively into an agile team and work closely with Engineering, Product, and Legal experts.

Experience with:

• Datenscraping from various source formats (HTML, PDF, etc.)
• Data preparation and creation of data models
• Ingestion into search databases
• Scrum
• Understanding for building scalable systems

• RAG (Basics (Chunking, Embedding, …), Preprocessing using LLMs, Vector databases (OpenSearch, pgvector, ElasticSearch, etc.), GraphRAG (Neo4j, Neptune, etc.))
