Legal Counsel (Contract)

Responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents and providing holistic risk assessment and suggestions to enhance business value while mitigating downside risk across multiple areas of the company. Assist in the negotiation of investment contracts and agreements, and support in a variety of transactional and corporate governance initiatives. Assist in liaising with regulatory bodies and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and licenses. Navigate licensing requirements for digital as well as traditional products and services. Provide legal guidance on compliance matters related to financial regulations, data privacy, and intellectual property. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk management strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies. Ensure that all legal documents are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
