Job Description

• You build up the central legal department and develop it continuously further
• You take on as Central Legal Department a key role and advise the management and various business areas of the company group
• You shape the future with: In numerous exciting legal fields, you advise competently - with a focus on real estate law (e.g. GU contracts, partition declarations, property purchase agreements, tenancy law) as well as construction, contract, and corporate law
• You are responsible for independently developing and negotiating complex contracts and bring your expertise actively into play
• You accompany demanding real estate transactions (Legal Due Diligence) and advise on risks - in close cooperation with our interdisciplinary expert teams
• You process legal questions independently and result-oriented and are a reliable partner for departmental units and business areas

Profile

• You are a fully qualified lawyer and bring comprehensive professional experience from an enterprise or as a lawyer - ideally with a focus on real estate, economic, and corporate law (applications from beginners are also welcome)
• You want to actively shape and drive forward the further development of a professional central legal department with enthusiasm and commitment
• You possess a quick understanding ability, precise working methods, and the ability to make pragmatic risk assessments with entrepreneurial foresight
• You prepare complex legal topics understandable for management and present them convincingly
• You have a high quality standard, economic understanding, and developed sense of responsibility
• You are characterized by team skills and reliability and bring additional persuasion strength, flexibility, and assertiveness with you
• You communicate sovereignly with other departments and management and confidently appear at all levels
• You master the English language confidently
