Legal Counsel

Location: Berlin (Hybrid/Flexible)

A fast-growing tech company operating in the digital media and enterprise software space. Known for its agile culture and innovative solutions, the company supports a remote-friendly work environment and values pragmatic, business-oriented legal support.

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Legal Counsel to join a lean legal team. The role offers exposure to a wide range of legal topics in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

• Provide legal support across various business functions, with a strong focus on data protection
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and internal policies
• Advise on corporate legal matters and compliance issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal alignment across departments
• Support in managing external legal counsel when needed

• Fully qualified lawyer (German Volljurist) or holds a Master's degree, LLM, or equivalent legal qualification
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a legal role (open to junior and more senior profiles)
• Strong background in data protection law
• Prior in-house or corporate legal experience
• Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
